DT Post for Creative-Studios

I had a lovely wee package arrive yesterday morning with a couple of items in it .... a new stamp which I cant show you as yet (tis still a secret) and a bag of Vintage Buttons ...... which I have to say are to die for and I thought lets take a button make it the focal point of the card and give it a modern twist ......


 I loved the colours on this button so I started with some lime green cardstock as the base, mat & layered some white cardstock on top, I did the resist technique with the Dotty Mask from Creative Expressions and Dusty Concord Distress Ink.

The flower was made using Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Die, which I spritzed with Cosmic Shimmer and lightly stamped with one of the sentiments from Creative-Studios 'Art Phrases' stamp set, the lollipop stick was embossed with a texture stamp from 'Butterfly Girl' stamp set and finally the wooden flowers and ribbon are from my own stash ..... hope you all like it ! :o)) xx
